GUIDELINES
Thank you for your interest in submitting a contribution to the 17th International Symposium on Materials in the Space Environment (ISMSE) and the 15th International Conference on Protection of Materials in Space Environment (ICPMSE). We invite authors to submit original work relevant to the scope of the conference. Before starting your submission, please carefully review the instructions below to ensure that your contribution meets all requirements.Submission Requirements.
- Please make sure that your contribution is relevant to one or more of the topics listed in the Call for Papers:
- Effects of space, extreme environments, ground specific conditions on materials (UV, charged particles, ATOX): mitigation, materials resistance
- Flight experiments: design, data and lesson learned
- Contamination
- Materials, Processes, Clean space
- The work is original and has not been published previously or submitted simultaneously to another conference or journal.
- The title and abstract clearly describe the objectives, methodology, main results, and significance of the work.
- The paper correctly displays all authors and their affiliations.
- The submission is written in English.
- The manuscript/abstract complies with the formatting rules.

Authors must use the official conference template when preparing their contribution. Please do not modify the page format, margins, fonts, or general structure of the provided template.
Submission Process
To submit your contribution, please follow the steps described here: https://support.morressier.com/knowledge/how-to-submit-a-paper This steps will involve:
- Create or log in to your author account.
- Select the most appropriate topic or technical session.
- Enter the title, authors, affiliations, and contact information.
- Provide the requested keywords.
- Enter or upload your abstract/paper according to the submission requirements.
- Review all information carefully before submitting.
- Complete the submission before the deadline.After successful submission, the corresponding author will receive a confirmation notification. You may return to the submission system and modify your contribution until the submission deadline.
After the deadline, modifications may no longer be possible.
Review and Notification
All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific/Technical Committee based on:
- relevance to the conference scope;
- scientific and technical quality;
- originality;
- clarity of the contribution;
Submission deadline: 20th of November 2026
We strongly recommend submitting your contribution before the final day to avoid any last-minute technical difficulties.
