Image rights

I, the undersigned, agree to be photographed and filmed during the ISMSE 2026 Conference.

I hereby grant CNES, free of charge, for its internal and external communication needs, the right to shoot, record, edit, broadcast and use (including reproduction, representation, translation, adaptation, dubbing and subtitling) all or part of the images and sounds recorded on the audiovisual work, whether this work is produced directly by CNES or through a third party, a service provider on its behalf, that it has authorized.

This authorization is valid for all media, supports and processes, existing or future, used by CNES.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received on or before 18 September, 2026 will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 50% of the total registration fee.
Cancellations received on or after 18 September, 2026 will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total registration fee. Registration fees will be definitely acquired by CNES.

The information indicated on this registration form will be subject to computer processing by Insight Outside on behalf of CNES, and used only for the organization of the ISMSE 2026 Conference.
